Our experts


We support our customers in regulatory, scientific and market-related affairs for the food, nutrition, cosmetics and consumer goods segments. We develop new ideas for new business areas for our customers and support them with sales and marketing issues. We also take on the entire project management on request.

Do you need an expert for an official complaint or legal proceedings? You are in safe hands with Dr. Schneider and Dr. Gebhart, as both of them are publicly appointed by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria and are sworn experts for food chemistry. Dr. Schneider is also an authorised expert for control tests.

Dr. Sabina Schneider

Dr. Sabina Schneider is a state certified food chemist and DGK safety assessor for cosmetic products. She is part of our consulting firm since the beginning in 2003. She supports our clients with her long-lasting experience in the marketability of products.

Susanne Rothe-Dietrich is nutritionist and supports the team of RDA since 2017. With a profound experience from her time in the flavouring industry she consults in the fields of food and nutrition.

Dr. Anne-Marie Orth

Dr. Anne-Marie Orth is a state-certified food chemist and has been a member of the RDA team since 2014.  She advises on all food-specific issues from labelling questions to safety assessments and complex approval procedures.  She regularly lectures and trains on topics from her field of activity.

Tina Ebnet

Tina Ebnet is a state certified food chemist and joined the consulting team of RDA at the beginning of 2019. Previously she gained extensive experience in the field of quality assurance, quality management and product safety in an international cosmetics company. She provides assistance on topics related to food, cosmetics, chemicals and detergents.

Maria Theobald is a state certified food chemist and has been with the RDA Team since January 2019. She has a broad experience in the field of analytical determination of food quality as well as in the development of active and intelligent packaging material. She consults in all regulatory and scientific areas of food and food contact material.
