Update of EFSA-Guidance on Health Claims Applications
EFSA now has published its updated Scientific and Technical Guidance for Health Claims applications. The draft was open for conusultation since last autumn and many stakeholders took the opportunity to comment the proposal.
The document shall help in preparing an application with a chance of succeeding. It gives a clear structure and adresses the various kinds of health claims. Espacially, the chapter dealing with essential nutrients brings new aspects.
