Stefanie Meier

Stefanie Meier has been a member of the RDA since the beginning of 2022 and supports the team as a state-certified food chemist. She advises our customers on all scientific, food law and toxicological issues.


Stefanie Meier studied food chemistry at the Technical University of Munich and successfully completed her studies in 2020 with a Master of Science. She then obtained her second state examination as a state-certified food chemist in 2021 at the “Bavarian State Office for Food Safety and Health”.

Through her employment as an intern in a renowned food company, she further expanded her expertise in the areas of analytics, method development and quality assurance, among others. With her working student job she became familiar with the product development of food flavors. Through her master thesis, she has profound expertise in the characterization as well as analytics of aroma and odor compounds.

Stefanie Meier joined the RDA-team in 2022, she advises national and international companies on scientific, legal and toxicological issues.
